“SADDINTON CRESCENT”
A large home extension was developed to the already wholesome four-bedroom existing Tuscany inspired dwelling set amongst the cliffs of the Swan River in Mosman Park. My clients required a separate personal suite and guest suite fully equipped with a large bathroom and built-in robes, large living rooms and a centralised courtyard overflowing with vines and matured trees, joined by a single ramp and personal lift that is effortlessly accessible from within the existing home.
Danish inspired elegant cabinetry, and simplified mouldings in natural veneers and solid timbers, sleek handles tie in beautifully with the cabinetry.
Natural marble that compliments the finishes in the suit’s bathrooms, softened rolled edges and splashback to match. The client and I went to several stone manufactures to select the correct colour tone within the Taj Mahal, weren’t searching for too much pink or yellow coming through the slabs.
