“SHADY HILLS”
A stunning home of rich velvets, white textured concrete benches, fresh white panelled cabinetry, and brass accents sit above satin polished concrete grey seamlessly finished floors are warmed with natural timbers. A modern hamptons industrial approach has been considered when designing this family‘s new space.
The growing family required a new home that balanced between a large functioning interior, forming a space where guests were able to interact with the host at times of entertaining. Unifying the kitchen, dining and living spaces, change the overall layout making the kitchen the focal point of entrance into the home.
Satin polished concrete grey seamlessly finished floors lead the way from the entrance of the home through to the open planned living and dining. On your left, framed satin slabbed panels, paid with cloudy concrete benches and chunky brass detailed hardware are warmed with natural timbers.
Simplicity to the overall design allow for the breath-taking view of the Perth hills to impact the interior as the island grounds the space and matte black pendants draw your eyes up to the raked ceiling leading you to the outdoor entertaining space.
